There are special offers and packages with the following wording "ADVANCE BOOKING - PAYMENT IN ADVANCE" which require the filing of the deposit or the balance of the reservation for the following offers are not possible cancellations.

Early Arrivals

Arrivals before 14:00 are directly managed by the manager of reservations and subject to availability. If you want to have immediate access to the room, we suggest you book one day in advance.

Late check out 

Until 15:00 subject to availability - Up to 18:00, depending on availability, a charge of 50% of the overnight. If you chose not to book the room, we keep your luggage and we will make available our services.

Early departure

In case of early departure, we will charge the amount equivalent to 50% of overnight stays unused, with a minimum of 1 night and, in particular periods (events, special events, etc.), The hotel may request the amount of ' entire stay.

Cancellation Policy

In case of No-Show, or cancellations made by 3 days. to 0 days. before the arrival date, you will be charged on the credit card to guarantee the reservation, as a penalty, 1 night.
